Special prices on requestPayment- & Cancellation-Conditions:
At the time the booking is made, an Advance of 20% of the booked accomodation-cost is payable, with the remaining balance falling due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
In case of a cancellation the following conditions apply:
- less than 7 days prior to booked arrival the full amount is payable
- between 7 and 21 days, 90% will be charged
- between 22 and 28 days, 80% will be charged
- between 29 and 60 days, 25% will be charged
In case of a pre-mature departure, no refund will be made.
Rooms, which have not been occupied by 18.00hrs are considered as 'No Show', unless prior arrangments have been made in writing.
