At the time the booking is made, an Advance of 20% of the booked accomodation-cost is payable, with the remaining balance falling due 4 weeks prior to arrival. The remaining travel costs are, as before, only due 6 weeks before departure.

Cancellation conditions of the travel service F & M Keller – VILLA ANDREA

The cancellation fees for our apartments and double rooms as well as other bookings made are calculated as follows:

• up to 61 days before the start of the journey 25% of the travel price
• from the 60th to the 35th day before the start of the journey 80% of the travel price
• from 34 to 12 days before the start of the journey 90% of the travel price

In the event of a later cancellation or failure to start the journey, the entire travel price will be charged
